Conference Registration

Coming Together for Action 2022 will take place in Baltimore, MD. The conference is expected to be held in person only. Space is limited.

Registration includes full access to all sessions led by interdisciplinary experts, some meals and breaks, and receptions.

The Policy Institute is an opportunity to gather with policy experts, learn from each other, and apply your skills in developing policy products related to behavioral health using a social justice and human rights frame. Conference Policies

Registration required: Registration is required for every individual—including all presenters—attending the conference.

COVID Protocols: Everyone’s safety and well-being is our priority. Attendance will be limited to provide attendees with a safe and stimulating experience. Individuals must be:

  • Fully vaccinated, including boosters available, to attend the meeting
  • Masks are strongly recommended and will be available for attendees
  • Willing to adhere to local mask mandates in effect at the time of the meeting
  • Respect others’ space and decisions for masking that exceed the minimal requirements

The Global Alliance reserves the right to amend COVID protocols should conditions at the time of Coming Together for Action warrant it.

Tax deductions: Fees for the Coming Together for Action Conference are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions but may be deductible as ordinary business expenses. 

Paying by check: During the online registration process, you may use a credit card as payment for conference fees. If paying by check, mail your payment to Global Alliance, Attn: Coming Together Conference, P.O. Box 828, Lenox, MA 01240. Registrations will not be processed without payment. Registration is complete when payment is received in full. Payment must be in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Refunds: Cancellation requests must be received in writing prior to September 29, 2022. If a cancellation request is after September 29, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be available after October 20, 2029. Membership fees cannot be refunded.

(The Global Alliance is not responsible for delayed mail or incorrectly addressed correspondence.) Refunds will be made by check no later than 30 days after the close of the event.

Attendee list disclosure: The Global Alliance will not sell attendee registration information to third parties. We do share registration information with the current year’s conference sponsors/exhibitors with whom we are partnered. If you prefer not to receive communications from our conference partners, you may opt-out during the registration process. 

Promotional consent: Registration, attendance at, or participation at the Conference and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the Global Alliance.

Opinions: The views or opinions expressed by any event attendee, speaker, or sponsor are not necessarily the views or opinions of the Global Alliance. All event attendees, speakers, and sponsors are responsible for their own content (including presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online web content).
